when v have sex i dont feel completely gone inside and the whole thing comes out in the morning can i bepregne

before i had infection in the vagina now its ok i have a son he is 3 years old now v want a second child now when v have sex sometimes its painful and sometimes i dont feel the penis has gone completely gone inside and in the morning the whole white thing comes out can i become pregnent, my doctor said the sperms go up and the serem comes out is it true pls ans

It might be painful because you are thinking about it too much, in regards to getting pregnant there will always be some sperm that will go up there but the rest will , as you say "come out". Maybe if you relax then you won't feel that much pain and will be able to get lost in the moment. Also there is a certain point for all women in their monthly cycle where they can get pregnant much easier, it is usually 4-5 days before your period is due to start. I hope this can be of help.
